mental-health and wellness solutions, partnering with care
organizations and educational institutions to improve outcomes and
increase access to psychiatric and behavioral-health services. We
are seeking a driven Business Development Coordinator with
experience working with adult day care centers, nursing homes, and
medical offices to help expand our referral network and strategic
partnerships. The Business Development Coordinator will focus on
growing Mindify's partnerships with adult day care centers and
building strong referral relationships with medical providers. This
role requires a proactive communicator who understands care
settings, can confidently connect with administrators and
physicians, and can help drive consistent referral growth. Key
Responsibilities Develop new partnerships with adult day care
centers and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding and
relationship management. Connect with doctors’ offices and medical
providers to establish and strengthen referral pipelines for
psychiatric services. Build and maintain a strong referral network
across senior care facilities, community programs, and clinical
practices. Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and present
Mindify's services to potential partners. Manage lead pipelines,
track outreach activity, and update CRM systems regularly. Assist
with preparing proposals, agreements, and partnership materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and
ongoing satisfaction for referral sources and partner sites.
Represent Mindify at community events, conferences, and
professional gatherings. Qualifications Experience working with
adult day care centers, nursing homes, social services programs, or
medical offices. Strong communication, presentation, and
relationship-building skills. Ability to connect with physicians,
administrators, and care coordinators professionally and
confidently. Highly organized with strong follow-up and
time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales
or outreach tracking. Ability to travel locally or regionally as
