Physician - Make an impact on seeing the underserved population -
Outpatient responsibilities only - Full-time permanent position
-Value-based care model - Monday " Friday - No nights, no weekends
- Small patient panels for consistency and focus - 12-15 patients
per day -Provide personalized primary care for older adults on
Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life
