Job Description:
Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a passionate and energetic
InfraRED Yoga Instructor to join our dedicated team. This unique
position involves leading yoga sessions in a specialized infraRED
heated environment, enhancing traditional yoga practices with the
therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. The ideal candidate will
guide our members through engaging and restorative yoga practices,
tailoring sessions to accommodate all levels of experience while
emphasizing safety and wellness. Conduct infraRED yoga sessions
according to the class schedule. Design yoga programs that cater to
various fitness levels and goals. Monitor the yoga environment to
ensure health and safety standards are met. Offer modifications and
adjustments to support individual member needs. Educate members on
the benefits of yoga in conjunction with infrared technology.
Promote wellness and fitness programs within the club. Strong
understanding of yoga techniques and principles. Ability to adapt
yoga practices to benefit from infrared technology. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and
leadership skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour
minimum YTT) First Aid and CPR Certification Additional
certification in therapeutic yoga or similar is advantageous.
