Job Description We are seeking an infectious disease physician to join a multi-specialty practice, serving the healthcare needs of the Hudson Valley community. The practice is part of an ACO REACH Program and is NCQA – Patient Centered Medical Home certified. Practice Details: - The group that includes Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Behavioral Health, Infectious Diseases, and has an In-Office Infusion Suite - Join our current team of 5 Infectious Diseases providers. Inpatient / Outpatient services provided - Salary is based on the number of days per week and experience (range 200K-275K) - Possible Incentive for after-hours/weekends - Excellent benefits, including pension and paid time off Location Kingston, New York, offers an interesting mix of historic charm and modern amenities in the heart of the Hudson Valley.
