Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing Facility, renowned for its exceptional care and patient-centric approach, is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing daily care and support to patients recovering from surgery and hospital stays. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of rehabilitation services and skilled nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and hygiene are maintained while adhering to personalized health management plans. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Support physical therapists and staff in administering therapy activities. Monitor and record patients' health conditions and report changes to registered nurses. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas and assist in the maintenance of a safe environment. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and healthcare team members to effectively manage patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients Knowledge of hygiene and infection control standards Basic understanding of patient care and safety protocols Proficiency in documenting and charting medical information Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
