Job Description Location: Pennington, NJ Pennington, NJ offers

regional perinatal center features a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an
average daily census of 17 patients and manages over 400 NICU
admissions annually. The facility handles approximately 4,000
deliveries each year and provides advanced neonatal services
including High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation, nitric oxide
therapy, and therapeutic cooling. The center is launching an OB/GYN
residency program in summer 2025, adding teaching opportunities to
clinical practice. Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible -
Neonatologist Join a well-established, collaborative 7-physician
neonatology practice at a busy Level 3 NICU regional perinatal
center. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical care and
teaching opportunities in a supportive team environment. Job
Details: - Provide specialized neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3
NICU - Participate in a combination schedule including 24-hour
in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts - Provide advanced
neonatal services including HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and
therapeutic cooling - Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists
in a well-established practice - Engage in teaching and mentoring
observational students, Family Practice residents, and the upcoming
OB/GYN residency program - Support a multidisciplinary approach to
neonatal care with obstetric and pediatric teams - Permanent,
full-time position requiring residency within the immediate local
area - Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of
residency) in Neonatology - Must have New Jersey medical license or
willingness to obtain one Compensation: Competitive hourly rates
