Physician Assistant | Urgent Care Location: New York Employer: Barton Associates Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Our client in New York is seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment starting Apr 13, 2026. This role involves 12-hour shifts, either 11am-11pm or 1pm-1am, providing comprehensive urgent care. Responsibilities include sutures, splinting, drainages, general superficial wound care, removal of foreign bodies, joint injections, and occipital nerve blocks, addressing a wide range of urgent care and emergency room day-to-day needs. Responsibilities and Duties Perform sutures, splinting, and drainages. Provide general superficial wound care and removal of foreign bodies. Administer joint injections and occipital nerve blocks. Address typical urgent care and emergency room day-to-day needs. Additional Information Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care required.
