Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Eatontown, NJ Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $2,200 to $2,300 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Eatontown, NJ- 07724 Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Contract Length: 14 Weeks Weekly Guarantee: 40 Hours Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting in Barrington, MA. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapist Document treatments accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards Educate patients and families on exercises and safety techniques Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents Requirements Active PTA license in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in a long-term care or SNF setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 40 hours per week guaranteed Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 14-week contract assignment Competitive pay (based on experience)
