Support Professional (DSP) As a DSP, you will provide vital support
services in the Chester area, assisting individuals with I/DD in
seeking, obtaining, and maintaining meaningful employment. Your
work directly contributes to their independence and integration
into the community. What You'll Do: Build trusting, positive
relationships and align individual needs with their goals. Act as a
passionate advocate, empowering individuals to advocate for
themselves. Identify opportunities for greater independence in
work-related tasks. Ensure work is completed efficiently and to
employer standards. Assist individuals in adhering to workplace
policies to promote maximum independence. Utilize adaptive tools to
aid learning and facilitate communication. Collaborate with the
Abound team and external parties (case managers, VR counselors,
parents, etc.). Provide off-the-job support, such as practicing
tasks, arranging transport, and offering counseling. Contribute to
a team atmosphere by sharing ideas and embracing feedback. Maintain
schedules, monitor health and safety, and complete accurate, timely
documentation. Engage in initial and ongoing training and staff

Signing Bonus! Here?s how you can earn it: First Installment
($333): Paid after 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week.
Second Installment ($333): Paid after 6 months (180 days) with an
average of 20 hours per week. Final Installment ($334): Paid after
1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver?s
license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare
registry checks. Willingness to address personal care needs when
necessary. Lifting may be required, depending on client needs.
