Position Salary $20 per hour Position Summary (MALIN+GOETZ) seeks a part-time Retail Specialist for our Williamsburg team. Ideal candidates are eager to grow into energetic sales specialists passionate about skincare and our brand. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, training, education, merchandising, and exploring new opportunities for long-term advancement. Our Retail Specialists understand and appreciate the (MALIN+GOETZ) culture and mission, building relationships and expanding our business. Candidates should be independent, self-motivated, dynamic, persuasive, and articulate, with a strong focus on sales results within our company standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Flexible with scheduling and availability to work retail hours.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt communication and sales approach to different personalities and accounts.
  • Develop new strategies to attract additional business from current and prospective customers.
  • Identify marketing and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Organize priorities and schedule time effectively.
  • Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
  • Physical demands include constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for at least two hours, and occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders. Competencies
