Recruitment MarketingOverview:As the Director, Talent Attraction,
you are responsible for leading and managing Mastercard's Global
Talent Attraction strategy and initiatives in collaboration with
cross functional teams including Communications, Employer Branding,
and Talent Acquisition. At the core of this critical role is the
successful activation of our EVP to meet our talent attraction
goals globally by leveraging recruitment media, programmatic
advertising, and digital marketing. This person will be responsible
for standing up our capabilities in paid-recruitment marketing -
including finding, onboarding, and managing relevant vendors as
well as measuring and optimizing ROI. The ideal candidate for this
role will have a background leading large scale talent attraction
efforts for a tech-centric high growth company and previously
gained exposure to various aspects of modern talent acquisition,
including media buying, employer branding, and/or recruitment
marketing. Role: - Develop and execute a strategy to activate our
EVP at scale, attract a diverse talent pipeline, and showcase
Mastercard as a premier career destination - Design and activate
our paid-recruitment marketing strategy, creating engaging
campaigns that are globally relevant and regionally specific -
Build relationships with key external and internal partners (i.e.,
recruitment marketing agencies, Internal Communications, Marketing
etc.) to help shape our external narrative - Manage the deployment
of paid media campaigns to amply Mastercard's EVP across multiple
channels globally - Evaluate, onboard, and manage relevant
recruitment marketing vendors and/or agencies, including pertinent
tools (i.e., programmatic advertising platforms) - Partner closely
with other members of Talent Discovery and Talent Acquisition to
increase lead conversions and create a positive candidate
experience - Be the main driver of helping to create and curate
content and optimize media for TA branding & talent attraction
efforts globally - Contribute to overseeing company career pages
and all main social media handles tied to talent acquisition
efforts - providing guidance around content and digital asset needs
- Be a chief participant in the development and execution of
Mastercard's Social Media Recruitment Strategy - Manage the
recruitment marketing budget and create a robust set of performance
marketing metrics to track ROI and establish quality benchmarks of
all lead generation channels to proactively build the top of our
recruiting funnel All About You:What are we looking for? - Prior
experience working in Talent Attraction, Recruitment Marketing or
Employer Branding. People management experience is a plus. - Prior
experience working for a high-growth organization competing for
highly sought-after talent, including technical professionals, and
having held roles that were directly tied to meeting ambitious
talent acquisition goals - Previous leadership role in launching an
EVP across multiple regions and/or functions - A track record with
paid as well as organic talent acquisition focused marketing &
media campaigns including social media, paid social advertising,
and programmatic & CPC advertising - Experience building and
managing relationships with recruitment marketing vendors,
including agencies and media partners - A strategic storyteller,
creative problem solver, and exceptional project manager with
demonstrated experience in driving complex projects in a
fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with multiple key
stakeholders - High degree of digital fluency and experience
working with social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and
Glassdoor, and prior exposure to content management systems and
analytics tools - Well-developed copywriting, editing, and
proofreading skills with a track record of partnering with and
presenting to senior management - Exposure to communications,
marketing, media relations, reputation management, as well as
emerging trends in communications and recruitment marketing
technologies - Experience developing and monitoring metrics with
the ability to tell a story with dataCOVID-19 Considerations We
