Job Description Job Description Solution Engineer Job Type: Temporary (12-month assignment) Pay Rate: $50-80/hour DOE Location: White Plains, NY | Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week) Job Overview Madison Approach Staffing is recruiting for a Solution Engineer to support our client's Information Technology department during a multi-year ERP transformation initiative. This role requires strong expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise application integration, and hybrid infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end cloud architecture implementations, integrate SaaS/IaaS/PaaS components into existing enterprise systems, and ensure seamless interoperability between cloud and on-premises environments. Experience with ServiceNow, ERP systems, IDAM platforms, and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is essential. This is an immediate-start, 12-month contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities Implement end-to-end cloud architecture for enterprise applications and services across Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms Evaluate and select appropriate cloud services based on business and technical requirements Lead integration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS components into existing enterprise systems including ServiceNow, ERP platforms, and IDAM systems Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between cloud and on-premises systems Implement cloud security best practices including IAM (Identity and Access Management), encryption, and network security protocols Design hybrid and multi-cloud strategies to meet organizational needs Enforce architectural standards and reusable patterns across all implementations Maintain architecture diagrams, decision logs, and comprehensive technical documentation Provide support services for ongoing enterprise projects including SaaS migrations, HR system implementations, and platform modernization initiatives Develop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprints to guide effective implementation and evolution of projects Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to provide technical expertise and ensure all solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices Conduct thorough analysis of client and user requirements; design, develop, and test software to meet defined specifications including the ability to uncover, comprehend, and document complex business requirements, challenges, and processes Required Skills & Experience Experience: 5-7 years of designing and architecting technical solutions with focus on cloud infrastructure Cloud Architecture: Proven capability to implement end-to-end cloud architecture for enterprise applications and services Cloud Platforms: Strong hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP including service evaluation and selection Integration Expertise: Experience leading integration of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS components into enterprise systems Hybrid Architecture: Ability to design and implement hybrid and multi-cloud strategies Enterprise Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, ERP systems, and IDAM (Identity and Access Management) platforms Cloud Security: Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices including IAM, encryption, and network security DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Solution Engineering: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard solution engineering, application architecture, and systems integration approaches Documentation: Strong ability to maintain architecture diagrams, decision logs, and enforce architectural standards Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field Must be local to the Tri-State area and available for W2 employment Preferred Skills & Experience Cloud fundamentals certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Multiple cloud platform certifications Experience with governance frameworks and enterprise architecture methodologies Background in finance, HR, or supply chain management systems Familiarity with enterprise content management and collaboration platforms Experience with datacenter consolidation and IT infrastructure services Work Schedule & Details Monday through Friday, 7.5-hour work day with 0.5-hour unpaid lunch Hybrid schedule with minimum 3 days on-site (remote work privileges may be adjusted based on business needs) Paid for time worked only; no paid holidays, vacation, or sick days during contract period Overtime not permitted unless authorized in advance Immediate start date available To Apply: Please submit your resume to Madison Approach Staffing.
