Performance Optimization team is responsible for delivering
reporting and analytics to communicate the results of our
data-driven marketing campaigns. Analysts are responsible for
building clear, engaging reporting collateral, identifying key
insights, and driving program optimizations in collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders. As an Analyst you will use
Python, Java, SQL, and other tools to ingest and sanitize large
datasets for performance attribution. Execute performance
attribution and measurement processes to identify marketing
campaign responders. Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses
using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to assess
attribution processes and campaign results. Job Functions: Use
Python, Java, SQL, and other languages and tools to ingest and
sanitize large structured and semi-structured datasets to prepare
for performance attribution Use Python, Java, SQL and other
languages and tools to execute performance attribution and
measurement processes and identify marketing campaign responders
Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel, Power
BI, Tableau, or other tools to assess attribution process and
campaign results Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree Successfully completed coursework in statistics,
math, economics, or related quantitative field Experience with
analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI,
etc. Experience in professional or course work using Microsoft
Office product suite and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 1 years of experience in use
of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python,
R, Java, AWS, etc Highly motivated, results-oriented and proactive,
with an ability to prioritize and manage several open projects at
once Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written
and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex
analytical concepts and methodology to non-technical audiences
Experience in professional or course work with analytical tools and
programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS, etc.
Additional Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation The compensation range for this position is $88,900.00
- $88,900.00 annually. This position will be eligible for
commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay
actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge,
skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
