Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management
or related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical
products from conception to launch. 5 years of experience in people
management, with technical leadership. Experience developing or
launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a
related area. Preferred qualifications: 7 years of experience in a
business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business
operations, consulting). 5 years of experience in a role preparing
and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
Background in SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) or
SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) products.
Excellent sense of UI/UX patterns that impact product efficiency
and comfort working extensively with designers and researchers.

problems. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Lead the overall Analyst Experience strategy and
roadmap for Security Operations by identifying new strategic
opportunities and effectively prioritizing requests from customers,
partners, and engineering. Develop a holistic strategy and oversee
team execution for critical user journeys related to Triage,
Investigation, and Response in Security Operations. Bridge SIEM
(Security Information and Event Management) or SOAR (Security
Orchestration, Automation, and Response) products into a unified
Security Operations platform journey that leads to more efficient
Security Operations Analyst workflow. Understand cybersecurity
markets, competition, and user requirements in depth, particularly
in the converged Security Operations market. Work collaboratively
with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional
teams on cutting edge technologies.
