Job Description Job Description Shipping & Receiving Associate Shift & Pay Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM or 2nd Shift | 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.50 to $20.35 per hour Your Role Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) consistently in all tasks. Represent our mission and values every day. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without exception. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Inspect shipments to ensure TSA security compliance . Complete transactions in warehouse and distribution systems . Prioritize and process orders based on leadership direction. Monitor storage conditions and verify shipment temperatures. Safely load trucks using pallet jacks and other equipment . Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality . Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment . What We’re Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work overtime when needed . Physically able to lift 40–75 lbs and operate pallet jacks. Comfortable with extended walking, standing, and data entry . Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Basic computer proficiency ( Microsoft Office ) and attention to detail. Willingness to work in refrigerated environments with proper PPE. Demonstrated good tenure with previous employers (consistent work history and reliability). Preferred Skills Forklift certification or experience. Previous warehouse or distribution experience . Familiarity with current GMP standards . Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical logistics . Proven track record of long-term employment and reliability in similar roles . Work Environment This role is based in a distribution facility with loading docks and refrigerated areas. Safety is our top priority, and all necessary PPE will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
