This role is 100 onsite work. Client is located in the East
Bronx. Potential consulthire situation, but initially a 4-month
contract. Assist the IT team in delivering an outstanding level of
client support and satisfaction by providing personalized triage,
education, communication and resolution delivery to IT-related
concerns, bottlenecks and problems. Professionally manage escalated
Information Technology client requests via phone, email, and
in-person ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and
thoroughly. Investigate clientsrsquo problems, which may be complex
or long-standing problems and appropriately refer to next level of
escalation or technical support. Responsible for identifying and
developing end-user training solutions work with the Learning
Network and Creative Services staff to develop learning tools, i.e.
resources materials, online tutorials, etc. to be delivered
on-demand. Responsible for the maintenance and update of the IT
intranet and internet web presence, communication updates and
online newsletter. Work collaboratively with IT project teams to
assist with coordination and deployment of IT projects with special
attention to all end-user communication efforts during project
deployment. Works with Desktop Support Manager to coordinate
support scheduling and identify and resolve logistics problems.
