Specialist works with the Project Manager, Field Ops, IT,
Engineering and Customer Care delivering functional and process
business analysis and requirements gathering services. The Senior
Process Specialist is responsible for the development of
documentation for existing and proposed business processes and
functional specifications, as well as the facilitation of joint
application design sessions with users and IT staff. Organizational

unit expectationsKey Experiences/Achievements A Bachelor's degree
in Business (or Management), Computer Science, or related
discipline, or equivalent work experience is required 6 or more
years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent experience4
or more years of full life cycle experience with both custom
development and packaged application deployment, including
experience working within a formal development methodologyKnowledge
of Altice's business practices and/or industry Management Skills
Full understanding of project management processes and stepsAbility
to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload
or direction from management or customerAbility to handle multiple
tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of all
phases of the software development life cycle, specifically
requirements gathering and documentation, is desired
Technical/Functional Competencies Proven analytical ability related
to analysis of functional business processesExceptional verbal and
written communications skillsMust be highly organized and detail
