We hope connecting you to a potential role is just the beginning.The Senior Process Specialist works with the Project Manager, Field Ops, IT, Engineering and Customer Care delivering functional and process business analysis and requirements gathering services. The Senior Process Specialist is responsible for the development of documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications, as well as the facilitation of joint application design sessions with users and IT staff.
