What You'll Be Doing
Principal Accountabilities
--- Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and outside service provider (OSP) engagements. Assist in maintaining performance expectations to further enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier. Responsible for handling more complex discrepancies, interfacing directly with OSP's, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff. Heavily involved with positive KPI improvement, including on-time delivery (OTD) and minimizing quality issues with the warehouse.
--- Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including but not limited to: Direct expedites with test houses (OSPs), the ability to manipulate and manage account specific backlog reports with test houses. This includes pulling data, utilizing excel and ensuring responses are received back in a timely manner. Work Order (WO) completion in Oracle, including managing delivery documents to test houses (where applicable). Managing outbound order to end customer, with great accuracy and attention to detail. Building and maintaining relationships with test houses, sales as well as internal departments within Arrow (IT, Asset, PM, Business Ops, warehouse, etc). Managing disposal of scrap inventory once WO has been completed.
--- Support sales team with direct sales contact; ensuring quick and complete follow through on inquiries from sales, test house, and end customers. Handle and assist with branch service requests (sure ship and sure receipt), RMA (Return Material Authorization), FQR (Field Quality Request) where necessary.

--- Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area
--- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
--- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions

What Are We Looking For?
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications; excel experience is a must.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$22.93 - $30.14

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
