We are rewarding, supportive, fun and our goal is to provide the utmost care to our patients in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment. .*PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT FOR HOME CARES AND CLINIC*Farmingdale Physical Therapy West is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation services with two locations on Long Island, conveniently located in Bethpage and Ronkonkoma. We provide both in clinic and home care based services.We are a dynamic, evidence-based physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine. We are growing and need a either a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. *The right candidate will be able and willing to provide Home Care services to our patients in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.*The right candidate needs to be a self-motivated, very organized individual with an advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program, preferably with 1-2 years' experience.
