Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for strategizing, coordinating, implementing, and reporting on the Company's Recruiting and Hiring efforts. Key areas of responsibility are managing the entire hiring, onboarding, and orientation process. Placing ads for open positions, interviewing candidates, and managing the candidate recruitment workflow. The Recruiter will coordinate with Leadership, Operations, and Human Resources teams to ensure all open positions are identified and proper recruitment is in place to fulfill all talent requisitions.

*Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Coordinate all new account setups to include creating and distributing staffing schedules based on required coverage hours, placement of ads, and implementation of all recruiting measures.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports to HRD and Leadership regarding staffing needs and recruitment efforts including but not limited to open posts, candidate tracking, conversion rate, and time to hire.
* Consistently communicate with Field Operations to obtain the hiring needs daily for all locations.
* Place Ads on all platforms and other dashboards to obtain quality candidates that meet the specific requirements of the client.
* Utilize State and Local government agencies as candidate resources, create, distribute and post branded communications in communities, assessing and taking advantage of community-based resources to help target quality candidates.
* Vet resumes for quality Motivated candidates who are aligned with Company values, conduct initial phone screens to determine qualifications and fit. Coordinate in-person interviews, and make initial offers in compliance with Client and Company requirements.
* Coordinate all new hire onboarding to ensure completion of hiring documents, system and payroll platforms, uniforms, and any union-related documentation, or Federal, State, and Municipal licensing requirements.
* Monitor and assist with the completion of onboarding documents, and review and approve onboarding documents.
* Obtain all required IDs, Licenses, and Certifications from applicants as required by law and specific client specifications, including but not limited to E-Verify, NJSP, NJDOE, and NYDSL registrations.
* Manage and coordinate uniform distribution, tracking, and recovery in alignment with the budgetary and cost needs of the Company.
* Create New Employee Personnel file ensuring all documents are complete, signed, and placed in the personnel file in compliance with all regulatory and Company requirements.

*Qualifications: *
* High-school diploma with 2-5 years related recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiastic, with a proven track record of taking initiative, setting and meeting goals, flexible, and people-oriented.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft based platforms, as well as other internet based HRIS/HCM and social media platforms.
* Professional with effective judgement and decision-making ability.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills with some knowledge of enterprise branding and marketing.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $28 - $29 per hour
