Job Description:
A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their
position for a Remote Financial Customer Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Answering incoming calls and assist customers with questions and
concerns
Diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the
features and benefits
De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering
patient assistance and support
Position Requirements Include:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 months of customer service-related experience
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proven time management skills / ability to multitask
Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
