Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:Need to be able to work under tight deadlines for
parts, machinery rebuilds, new lines install, etc.Minimum 5+ years
of knowledge in the fieldKnowledge and familiarization with the
following machinery:Welding- ARC,MIG,TIGLatheDrill pressTable
sawPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Manufacture needed parts for emergency
repairs.Manufacture needed parts for new machinery or new line
installs.Manufacture needed parts/tooling for new products.Assist
lead mechanics with new machinery rebuilds.Assist lead mechanics
with new line installs and any machinery needed for the install
(I.E. manufacturing the conveyors).WELDING RESPONSIBILITIES: Cut,
fit, and welds metal using welding equipment; performs skilled
brazing and soldering. Use a variety of machines, such as power
saws, grinders, and drills, in completing work. Must have knowledge
of tools and methods of the welding trade, including brazing,
soldering, electrical, and arc welding; the operation, minor
repair, and safety practices related to welding and equipment
repairs.
