Overview
Position Overview
Reporting to the Custodial Services Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for ensuring all cleaning and disinfecting responsibilities as outlined in the contract are completed. The Custodian must be able to work autonomously and be willing and able to travel between all contracted sites in the contract depending on the cleaning/disinfecting needs and direction of Supervisor. - This position requires work on evenings and weekends and may require work on federally observed holidays.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions

• 
  
• Complete all required cleaning and disinfecting responsibilities as outline by the contract.
  
• Complete all Level 2 cleanings (as required)
  
• Complete all cleaning checklists and submit to supervisor as required.
  
• Ensure proper and appropriate use of all cleaning supplies.
  
• Advise Supervisor of any cleaning supplies and materials needed at the work sites
  
• Attend all trainings and other meetings as required by Supervisor
  
• Adhere to the organizations Code of Ethics
  
• Other duties as assigned.

  • 
    
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed.
    
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
    
  • Must be able to follow direction and work autonomously
    
    Physical Demands
    
    • 
      
    • Must be able to stand/walk for long period of time.
      
    • Bending, Kneeling, wiping and other movements associated with cleaning/disinfecting.
      
    • Lifting upwards of 20-30 pounds; more when necessary.
