best work.(sm) The Primary Care site is located at 575 Underhill
Boulevard Ste 190, Syosset, NY. Primary Responsibilities: Greets
patients, family members and guests with a friendly smile Assists
patients with signing in and completing registration Enters and
scans patient's demographic and insurance information into Epic
Verifies insurance eligibility and benefit information; informs
patients of insurance benefits Collects co-payments and patient
balances Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous and prompt
manner; directs calls and takes messages Assists physician and
clinical staff by coordinating follow up care for patients;
schedules referral appointments for patients and obtains
authorization for diagnostic testing Sends patient records to
primary care physician Assists with other tasks as assigned You'll

other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High
school education or equivalent experience Customer service
experience and solid computer skills Ability to work a 7.5-hour
shift between 7:15am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday Full COVID-19
vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates
located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also
comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will

client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination,

Residents Only: The hourly range for New York City residents is
$16.00 to $27.31. Pay is based on several factors including but not
