This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Bethpage, NY.The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Airborne Multifunction Systems (AMS) Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) organization. Basic Qualifications: This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or 2. Basic qualifications for an Associate Systems Engineer Level 1 or a Systems Engineer Level 2. A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from an accredited institutionBe majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.)Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile).Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with engineering programming languages (e.g., C/C++, MATLAB, Python)Experience preparing and presenting technical content to internal and/or external customersAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, ExcelcampusjobsSalary Range: $65,000 USD - $97,600 USDSalary Range 2: $78,600 USD - $118,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
