Description:BASIC FUNCTION: Provide oversight and coordination of youth services including after-school and summer program, as well as coordinator services with clinical staff. MAJOR DUTIES:

• Develop and manage after-school and summer programming for families and youth of Diversity Works
• Supervise Child and Youth Workers and Volunteers
• Develop and manage recreational activities for families and youth
• Coordinate with clinical staff on services provided to the families and youth of Diversity Works.
• Develop and Manage community relations, as they pertain to family and youth programming
• Provide monthly reports that summarizes the services provided and number of families and youth involvedLOCATION: Bronx, NY 10460SCHEDULE: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9am-5pm; Tues 10am-6pm This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination status.We offer excellent benefits including:

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with a wide range of people and flexibility are vital to the position. In addition, experience with planning special events, excellent computer skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
