Pay Rate $22.00-$24.00 per hourThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering questions and finding solutions for the customer as well as act as a liaison between the sales force and the customer.Shift: 8:00 A.M. - 5 P.M. With our multi-career options, you'll not only be able to find the adventure you are looking for today, but can be confident that new opportunities will be there for advancement in your future.Responsibilities:Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders as needed via the AS400 Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolutionMaintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional serviceFunction as a liaison between customer service and other branch departments, National Accounts and/or Sales Representatives to provide product pricing and product researchExpediting orders as requiredWorking effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectivesOther duties as assignedRequirements:High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.Bachelor's degree preferredAbility to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience with IBM AS400 operating system a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent detail-oriented customer service skillsSo, what are you waiting for?
