URGENTLY SEEKING TO HIRE

No Experience Needed. Paid Training.

Locations: East Meadow, Glen Cove, Kings Point, Malverne, Merrick, Port Washington, and Dix Hills (NASSAU & SUFFOLK COUNTY AREAS)

Seeking: Full Time, Part Time & On-Call

Hours: days, evenings, overnights, weekends

Area of responsibilities:

Provide support to individuals in the areas of personal care, self-care, communication, behavioral modification, personal interaction, and social relationships
Transport individuals to social and recreational activities, medical appointments, and other destinations as required
Help with home organization tasks such as preparing meals, grocery shopping, and cleaning
Follow individuals' daily schedules while implementing all formal goals and protocols
Collect data such as goals, outings, and progress notes
Obtain certification for medication administration (AMAP)
Complete all required training and attend staff meetings
Complete incident reports as necessary

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Valid NYS Driver License with a minimum 1-year driving experience required
Must be able to operate an Agency Vehicle
Flexible to work evening and weekend shifts preferred
