Job Summary
The MSSQL Server Database Administrator will be responsible for
installation, upgrades, and migrations of database management
systems (DBMS) software as necessary to enhance database
performance, implements and support database security regulations,
policies, and guidelines. Oversight of all database capabilities
which include tuning, configuration, maintenance, and performance
metrics. The purpose of the role is to ensure the availability,
stability, and consistent performance, scalability,
maintainability, and reliability of our corporate database &
applications. This is a "hands-on" position requiring strong
technical skills, as well as excellent informal leadership,
interpersonal and communication skills.
