  • Balance workflows across all machining centers, including 3- and 5-axis milling machines and lathes
  • Knowledge of all levels of machine programming, setup, and optimization
  • Expert knowledge of cutting tools, methods, and best practices
  • Improve existing processes and recommend appropriate fixtures and tooling
  • Up-to-date on innovations in equipment and automation
  • Experience managing a team of machinists and operators
  • Knowledge of FeatureCAM, MasterCAM, or other CAM software important
  • Knowledge of Haas machines and controls is very helpful
