This key player will ensure the completed work-order is received from the service department and processed to the point where it is submitted as a final invoice to the customer. This role is imperative to ensuring a positive customer experience. Providing timely and accurate invoicing is a necessity!RESPONSIBILITIES:Interpret and accurately transcribe technician notes from work orders for invoicing for all service and maintenance calls on a daily basisResearch and resolve any job cost issues as neededCommunicate with service department if additional information is required prior to invoicingCompute profit margins according to client contractsAccurately code and format work descriptions, itemized costs, sales tax, and totals clearly and conciselyEnter data into portal for processing / invoicingSKILLS:Ability to type 30-50 WPMSelf-starter who thrives in a fast paced environmentGood problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlinesPays close attention to details to ensure a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills via phone, in person, and electronic correspondenceQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years experience in Billing Coordinator, Invoice Specialist, or other relative positionPrior experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or other service industriesWe take pride in accurate, timely, and high quality work from start to finish on every commercial refrigerator repair, maintenance, or installation service performed.If you fit the bill, don't wait to take the next step in your career!
