Licensed Realtors For An Exciting Position With BruMa Realty (Bronx Location)

We are looking for Realtors in The Bronx for Leasing Agent/Rental Agent position.

All leasing Agents (Must have a NY real estate license).

This is a COMMISSIONS-only position with the possibility for bonuses (more information will be given during interviews).

Please apply only if you are ok with a commission-only position.

This position is for our office in the Bronx NY. We have 200+ Exclusive listings! We need help to rent them out!

For serious candidates only. Must be willing to work at the office location.

We are looking for serious candidates to join our leasing department team in the Bronx!

We currently have only 3 open positions, so act fast. We have agents making between $75,000 - Over $250,000. If you are looking for full-time and you're coachable and ready to invest your time to follow our state-of-the-art training and mentoring program, you'll be fantastic!

Responsibilities:
--- Posting on Street Easy and Zillow/Trulia and other websites
--- Creating ads and using videos
--- Preview Apartments and take pictures/videos
--- Monitor leads and contacts them accordingly
--- Contact the leads as soon as possible
--- Prequalify the leads for appointments
--- Book appointments with qualified leads only
--- Show apartments that fit their needs
--- Application process guidance and hand holding
--- Accountability meetings
--- Repeat the process with excitement
--- Meet with a coach weekly

Qualifications:
--- A proven record of success in sales
--- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher
--- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
--- Excellent communication skills
--- NY real estate license is a must
--- Be on time, work hard, and go the extra mile
--- Be willing to partake in a 90-day training
