COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH)

• Base Salary: $300's -with 2-year Guarantee plus bonus
  
• Sign on bonus: Up to $15K
  
• CME: Up to $5K with allotted days off
  
• Relocation: $5K

    • 42 days off = -3 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year one, 4 weeks plus 12 holidays plus 15 sick days year two.

      RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH)

      • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
        
      • Call: 5-7 weeks per year divided equally among all facility. Some Saturdays 8a-12p
        
        QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Neuro Ophthalmology (OPH) - -
        
        
        • 
          
        • Fellowship trained in Neuro-Ophthalmology
          
        • Able to do Surgical Neuro.
          
        • BC/BE (within 1 year of hire)
          
        • We are not able to process Visas.
