Sutton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation has Per diem opportunities for Physical TherapistsResponsibilities/duties:Work collaboratively with all therapy teams andComplete evaluations and all necessary documentationProvide recommendations supporting communications/assessmentsProvide therapy as outlined in treatment plans and prescriptionsOffer treatments that help improve patient's inabilities and/or challengesIndependently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records systemFamiliar with PDPMAlign therapy treatments and plans with an understanding of Medicaid and Medicare billingQualifications:New York LicenseBackground/experience in long term care (specifically a Skilled Nursing Facility)Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage patients with different types of personalities and ability levelsCreative problem-solving skillsWe offer:Great environment with a supportive management teamCompetitive pay and generous benefitsCareer advancement opportunityJob Type: Per diemSalary: $55-60 per hour
