Our offices are located in NY, NJ, DE, MD, PA, RI, CT, VA, FL, MN, OH, with more locations to come.We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dispatch Lead to join our HQ office in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.Details:

    • Provide customer care and support to long-term care facilities and homebound patients
    • Process work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians in the field
    • Assist and monitor personnel and/or locations continuously
    • Coordinate service schedules and logisticsMinimum Requirements:
      • Strong data entry, communication, and phone handling skills (MUST)
      • Dispatch experience (MUST)
      • Supervisory or lead experience (MUST)
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
      • Honest, flexible, team player, and hard-working
      • Strong problem-solving skills
      • Bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus
