SummaryLidl US is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Syosset-based New York City / Long Island Real Estate team as an Administration Analyst. The Administration Analyst is responsible for ALL real estate administration topics, including critical date management, data maintenance, regional lease administration, contract coordination, and more. The Administration Analyst will focus on technical system maintenance, data quality, and office-based administrative tasks. This role is a direct support function and will interact with every team member of the office, will support all functions, and will act as the first line of support for regional inquiries.What You'll DoCoordinate and maintain all real estate data quality throughout multiple internal systemsManage the critical date management of existing regional leases and coordinate with the US Headquarters changes and updatesManage and schedule meetings of both internal and external partnersServe as the point of contact for all administrative and system needsManage the influx of mail, FedEx, USPS, and email submissions to the Syosset Regional OfficeProvide weekly reports of project statuses and updates to Regional and Senior leadershipCoordinate documents and meetings related to site acquisitions, leasing, and office maintenanceAd-hoc administrative tasks, such as booking travel, catering lunch, reserving rooms, taking and sending meeting notes, notarizing documents, and so-forthWhat You'll NeedExtensive experience with Administrative tasksFamiliarity with Real Estate processes a plusMinimum of a bachelor's degreeTechnical capabilities in a multitude of platforms (minimum of Complete Microsoft Office Suite)Unmatched organizational and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlinesAbility to travel extensively, especially in the first 9 weeks of employment (travel provided by company) (travel will be on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States)What You'll ReceiveAt Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
