This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Job PurposeTo Lead execution and benefits realization of the Customer Experience roadmap for the Customer Strategy & Growth organization. Build/leverage relationships with executives, senior leaders and develop presentations. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead informally and work with managers to drive results and deliverables. The role requires effective collaboration, influencing, visioning that bridges strategy, detailed planning, and disciplined execution.Key Accountabilities

  • Leads the annual strategic planning and roadmap development processes that links to budgeting
  • Coordinates the communication and dissemination of plans to the organization
  • Champions innovation and introduces best practices that drive improvement, efficiency and customer experience
  • Develops performance dashboards and reports that track results against the strategic plan and roadmap
  • Provides thought leadership in problem solving and challenging the status quo
  • Results orientation and the ability to work effectively with little direction and with ambiguity
  • Building relationships and is a credible influencer
  • Presentation development and story-telling; collaborates with Directors to develop monthly Business Review Presentations
  • Prepares the Vice President for key meetings and presentations
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information and draw out the important conclusions/story
  • Tracks project and initiative progress against plan
  • Leads the coordination of employee meetingsSupervisory/Interpersonal- Experience RequiredQualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, Operations Leader, or Senior Business Analyst
    • Experience developing presentations and presenting to executives
    • Experience innovating and building buy-in for change
    • Experience developing and implementing operational strategy
    • Experience delivering results through others
    • Experience collaborating, building strategic relationships, and influencing changePreferred
      • Utility or highly regulated industryAdditional Requirements
