Job Description:

Publishers Clearing House (PCH), located in Jericho, NY is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role will help maximize company sales and profit by implementing strategic marketing plans for PCH's Targeted General Merchandise mailing program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate the package development process for Targeted General Merchandise mailings to maximize response while remaining within budgeted cost constraints Create documents and lead cross-functional team meetings that provide strategic direction to Creativea and operational groups for each mailing Review all marketing materials and provide feedback to ensure optimal response Conduct various analyses to identify appropriate mail volumes/ sales expectations for each mailing campaign, ensure proper spacing of promotional elements, and find opportunities for increasing profits Track, evaluate and report on mailing performance each week. Analyze monthly trends and identify success factors to guide future planning Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field At least 1 year prior experience in advertising or direct marketing Knowledge of marketing strategies, creative execution, operational issues, performance measures, and the consumer environment Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to work independently as well as in groups and cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Publishers Clearing House (PCH), headquartered in Jericho, NY, and with offices in NYC, Portland, ME and Austin, TX, is a leading direct-to-consumer company offering a broad range of products, digital entertainment services to consumers as well as customized solutions for advertisers.
