People Analytics will be a member of the Global People Data &
Analytics team which operates across multiple Regions & time
zones.This individual will bring experience in people analytics,
the HR functional domain, and program management to drive highly
visible global HR initiatives that help Mastercard make data-driven
decisions about their talent. You will have responsibility for
consulting with business leaders to understand their unique
challenges and provide strategic decision support through data and
analytics. You will collaborate closely with people data management
capability teams to automate data pipelines and productionalize
analytics POCs to surface insights in an effective, efficient,
repeatable, and scalable manner. Competitive candidates will be

People Data & Analytics team, providing support to our Operations &

qualitative analysis as well as data visualization to surface clear
and compelling narratives that inform the strategies of the
Business Unito Influences the development of actionable KPIs that
drive business decisions and inform executive management and other
key constituentso Provides thought leadership to convert inputs
from stakeholder teams into creative, scalable solutionso Sees
beyond requestors' asks to understand the root query or challenge
for which data and analytics are being soughto Defines, validates,
and enforces HR data integrity in collaboration with HR systems
