Global Foresights, Insights & AnalyticsOverview:The Analyst, Global
Foresights, Insights & Analytics, will partner with our global
product and marketing teams, providing insight to drive strategy
and innovation. The successful candidate will have experience
managing custom research to uncover insights, present them to the
business, and successfully influence critical business decisions,
as well as entry level experience in analytics.Role:* Partner with
the Global Product and Marketing Teams to drive strategy &
innovation throughconsumer & customer insights* Develop & execute
research plans based on identifying key business questions &
knowledge gaps* Source & synthesize information and data,
translating them into actionable insights &business
recommendations* Execute complex primary research projects,
collaborating with research partners to address business questions*
Manage research project from start to finish - translate business
questions in to research plan; source appropriate research partner;
develop questionnaire, data & analysis plan; write
report/presentation and communicate to key stakeholders* Manage
research agencies to successful & timely project delivery, managing
within budget* Analyze consumer & market trends to understand key
perceptions, motivations and drivers ofconsumer/customer/market
dynamics.Core Competencies:* An analytical mindset, with a passion
for deconstructing and reframing questions * Ability to integrate
intelligence sources and connect the dots to arrive at a
conclusion/hypotheses/story/the solution.* An understanding of how
to turn insights into action & impact the commercial agenda*
Experience managing variety of research types (qualitative &
quantitative) & analytic methods (segmentation, conjoint, max diff,
etc.) * Successfully delivered presentations to internal leadership
or external stakeholders* Strong storytelling & data visualization
skills.* Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills* Experience with global
research, tracking programs and B2B research a plus * A team
player, who thrives on working collaboratively* Experience working
with internal colleagues across functions All About You:*
Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Research/insights/analytics
experience at research agency or on the client-side * A clear
communicator, able to deliver findings in an engaging, fresh and
impactful manner* A simplifier, able to cut through complexity to
tell a simple, compelling narrative* Experience in
payments/financial/tech industry a plus but not required* High
energy, enthusiastic and passionate about getting to the
