Job Description:

The Contractual Handyman and General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing general maintenance and handyman services in commercial properties. The role requires the ability to source job-related materials and complete tasks as per the client's requirements.Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance tasks in commercial properties, including painting, drywall repair, and carpentry work.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and devise a solution.
Source job-related materials and ensure they are used appropriately.
Estimate time and material costs for maintenance and handyman jobs.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Liaise with clients to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Communicate effectively with other team members and clients.
Requirements:Proven experience as a handyman and general maintenance technician in commercial properties.
Knowledge of general maintenance codes and regulations.
Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and dexterity.
