Job Description:
Overview:As a Senior Analyst, Control and Reporting, you will be
part of the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) Technical
Accounting team and will prepare various quarterly and annual
financial reporting deliverables to senior management as well as
our Corporate Control team. This includes preparing SAB 108 and
lease reporting submissions, and assisting with representation
letters and annual impairment testing. Additionally, you will
assist with PBNA's tax reporting process and partner with Corporate
Derivatives Center of Excellence to ensure accurate accounting for
various derivative instruments.Responsibilities:Assist with
quarterly/annual financial reporting deliverables to Corporate
Control:Prepare the quarterly consolidated commitments and related
party reporting schedulesPrepare quarterly lease reporting and SAB
108 submission to Corporate ControlAssist with the completion of
the PBNA representation letterManage the policy exception reporting
process for PBNAAssist in the annual impairment review
processPrepare PBNA HQ and Corporate Unallocated tax reporting
deliverablesPrepare and record income tax journal entriesPrepare
account reconciliations and tax rollforward schedules (HFM
Consolidation) for submission to CorporateOtherPartner with
Corporate Derivatives Center of Excellence on accounting for
various derivative instrumentsPrepare quarterly and annual
government reporting surveysEnsure compliance with SOXPerform
quarterly legal entity reviewAd hoc requests/special projectsWill
report directly to Manager, Control and ReportingCompensation and
Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is
between $74,800 - $ 125,250 based on a full-time scheduleLocation,
confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in
setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and
eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out
annuallyPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting4 years
+ of Accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skillsPreferred
Qualifications:CPAExperience within a large public accounting
firmExperience with SAP and HFMExcellent verbal and written
communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross
functionallyExcellent analytical skills and the ability to
translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and
processesTrack record of improving processes, leading projects and
