We are licensed and insured in New York City.Job DetailsWe are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction projects from start to finish. You must be proficient in plumbing, HVAC, and project management. • Oversee and manage the construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
• Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are being met on the job site
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction processQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, and project management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
