Description:A Sales Account Executive is a key company representative to all referral sources such as: Payors, Providers, Corporations, Unions and Managed Care organizations. Responsibility includes assessing opportunity and utilizing internal and external resources to solidify relationships that will increase profitable net revenues to meet budget objectives. The successful candidate must be proficient in all phases of respiratory sales and services and driving increased referrals of core therapies from demanding referral sources.. Requirements:Current RCP State License in NY preferred2 years of RT field sales experience preferredKeep all patient information confidential, in accordance with company procedure and HIPAA RegulationIdentifies present referral sources and develops database of individuals/organizations.Assesses accounts for new business opportunities and promotes new company services. Secures renewal orders with existing customers.Follow up with accounts on regular basis to check for client satisfaction, changing needs, territory strategies, progress in attaining sales goals, product mix, payor mix and market penetration, etc.Initiates and coordinates in-services with clients and appropriate managers.Provides opportunities to show appreciation and improve communication through lunches, etc.Whenever possible, introduces new staff for smooth transition and strong communication.Assists in obtaining required paperwork necessary for reimbursement.Researches and identifies preferred new referral sources and develops database of individuals/organizations.Cross-references new accounts with preferred provider agreements to assess the value of new accounts.Identifies and establishes a strong relationship with the decision makers responsible for the control of referrals.Develops and implements marketing plan for territory, consistent with company and corporate goals and regulatory and accrediting bodies.Assists in developing new programs consistent with plan, client need and community desire.Develops literature to access markets and enhance sales calls.Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
